Second Floor Facelift

Master Suite + Hall Bath Remodel - Dublin, Ohio

Every once in a while, I have a client who asks me to help with finishes. Now, I am certainly not an interior designer, but it is really fun to be able to assist with the finishes sometimes! This project was exactly that. We reorganized this master suite a little, but a lot of it was cosmetic.

One of the first things I wanted to do was to remove the old dust shelf…I mean, plant shelf…above the door into the bathroom. We also wanted to add some character and detail to the ceiling.

By removing the old built-in garden tub, the room feels so much bigger!

I love doing little niches like the one above. This is located right near the tub and is super functional.

The owner really wanted a bright, neutral bathroom. We used a few different textures to add some visual interest.

The hall bathroom is used by a teenage boy and guests. So, we wanted to add a little bit of color in this space, while still keeping it relatively masculine.
