This home is a beloved older residence where the owner has lived for many years. Recently, they had the chance to purchase the neighboring property, which was unfortunately in poor condition. They chose to remove the deteriorated structure and expand their own home, enhancing both the living space and the outdoor area. Our goal was to ensure that the scale and placement of the addition would respect and complement the existing rhythm and character of the historic street.
